Next Rubber is located on a 10.000 m2 manufacturing facility in Düzce, Turkey with 12 rigid mandrel production lines and in-house compounding / calendaring capabilities. We can produce from ¾” (19mm) to 12” (305mm) and larger sizes upon demand. There is also one line dedicated for all types of flanged assemblies, built-in nipple and ring applications and special hoses with enlarged cuffs.
